We plan and implement efforts to increase organizational
effectiveness (defining goals, processes, communication,
relationships, etc.) using behavioral science knowledge.
We collaboratively identify and work on development
opportunities to help clients work towards their goals.
We provide consulting on Organization Development projects
from the defining stage to implementation and evaluation
stages.
Organization Development is applicable .e.g. when:
- Employees are overwhelmed and the way work is done
needs to be more efficient.
- Tacit and lingering tensions hinder the performance of
a team.
- A project gets stuck and needs to be back on track.
- Accountabilities are blurred and no one picks up the
slack.
