Coaching
We increase self-awareness and effectiveness of managers.
We work on current leadership issues and intermittently review progress in
achieving coaching objectives. We increase interpersonal
skills by providing feedback and assistance
Coaching is applicable e.g. when:
- Leaders or managers face tough decisions or want
support in handling a difficult task or situation.
- Leaders are confronted with conflict or want to
discuss a change process.
- Leaders would like to discuss their situation at work
with a neutral coach.
- Leadership skills should be improved.
